  • 1 tablespoon sugar of your choice (I used monk fruit)
  • Toasted sesame seeds, Grinded
  • 1 small pack of seaweed
  • Green onion, chopped
  • Optional: Cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook buckwheat noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. To make the sauce, combine perilla oil, soy sauce, sugar, and ground toasted sesame seeds in a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add green onion to the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooled buckwheat noodles.
